The USPS sometimes marks an item as "delivered" before it has been delivered. This is often resolved within 48 hours. However, if you do not receive your item, please reach out to our support team and we will contact the USPS for further information.
If your item was shipped via FedEx, please contact us as soon as possible if your package has been marked as delivered.
