I already shipped my item, why am I getting a shipping notification?

The status of an item is updated to "shipped" once it has been scanned by the USPS. However, this can sometimes be delayed.  If you have already shipped your item, please reach out to our customer support and we will change the status of the item while it is awaiting a scan.
